Brokxo valuations are currently available for properties in Dubai only, based on official Dubai Land Department and Ejari data. Other emirates will be added as official data becomes available. This is an indicative market estimate, not an official valuation. Bank or official valuations are carried out by registered valuers.

Method

BROKXO uses a comparable-sales method: recent sales of similar properties in the same building or community, adjusted for time, size, view, floor and condition. Results are always shown as a range with a confidence level, never as a single exact figure.

Data sources are free, official government data: Dubai Land Department sales transactions, Ejari rental contracts and the DLD Rental Index. Emirates without sufficient official data show 'Coming soon' and no estimate is produced.

Not for lending or legal purposes

Do not rely on a BROKXO estimate for mortgage lending, legal, tax or court purposes. Bank and official valuations are carried out by RERA-registered valuers.
