Agreement

These terms are between you and [BROKXO legal entity name], [licence number], Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be a licensed real estate professional or authorised agency staff in the UAE to use agent features. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans, billing and VAT

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in AED and shown including or excluding 5% UAE VAT as stated. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time in the billing portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

Founding Member pricing (AED 49/month excl. VAT) is limited to the first 100 subscribers and stays locked while the subscription remains active without interruption.

Usage limits (valuations, AI listings, reels and others) apply per plan. Top-ups and ad campaigns are charged separately and are non-refundable once delivered.

Your responsibilities and compliance

You are responsible for the accuracy of listings and for complying with RERA, Dubai Land Department and other applicable rules, including holding valid advertising permits. BROKXO blocks publishing and ads without a permit number but does not verify the permit's validity on your behalf.

You must have a lawful basis to store your clients' personal data and documents in BROKXO.

AI-generated content

AI content (listings, posts, reports, website text, WhatsApp replies) may contain errors. Review it before publishing or sending. You remain responsible for content published under your name.

Valuations are indicative market estimates, not official valuations. See the Valuation disclaimer.

Partner services

Mortgage Support is provided by Financify Mortgages and the Ads Booster by Wynxo under their own terms. BROKXO may receive referral fees in line with applicable regulations. Your clients are free to choose any provider.

Your data and content

You own your content and client data and can export it at any time. Domains you register through BROKXO are registered in your name and remain yours.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content, spam, scraping, or attempts to break the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BROKXO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. [Courts / DIFC — to be confirmed by counsel.]
